Successive supply of diesel oil in the amount of about 1,000,000 liters (in words: one million liters), estimated monthly consumption - 83 333 liters to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Koninie SA - the gas station at ul. Zakładowa or ul. Poznan.

Successive supply of diesel fuel for diesel engines that meets the requirements of:

a) The Act of 25.8.2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 427, as amended); Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015.1680 as amended, § 1 item 3 together with Annex 3 to the Regulation);

b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 25.3.2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. OJ 2017 247);

c) PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017 quality standard - requirements and test methods;

d) in the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the provisions and standards amended during supply;

e) during the transition and winter, diesel fuel with appropriate low-temperature properties should be provided, the reference point will be cloud point and blocking temperature of the fuel filter.

The supplier will attach a quality certificate to each delivered batch of fuel.

The supplied diesel fuel may be randomly subjected to qualitative tests by an authorized laboratory at the expense of the supplier - no more than twice a month. All parameters included in Annex 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2015.1680) will be analyzed.
