2M-IT Oy establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of telecommunications services.
Purchases within DPS concern telecommunications services and interfaces (including fixed data connections, mobile data connections, office-to-office communications, internet connections, LAN services, VPN services, telecommunication security services, network monitoring and management services, and related telecommunication services) (including design, installation, maintenance of communications environments, problem solving, expert services on LAN, router and security equipment, wireless broadband consumer services) for 2M-IT Oy and its customers. The subscriber's customers are hospital districts, municipal health and social care associations and other public health and social service providers. Major owners of 2M-IT Oy are the Hospital District of Southwest Finland, Satakunta Hospital District, South Karelia Social and Health District, Kymenlaakso Social and Health Services Municipal District, Central Finland Hospital District, Päijät-Häme County Social and Health Care District The city of Pori. Customers will be further specified in internal DPS tenders. The ordering party is 2M-IT Oy (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber).
In a dynamic purchasing system, a subscriber may obtain services according to the subject of the dynamic purchasing system for either a single or continuous need.
Organizations providing telecommunications services may apply to participate in the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration.
All candidates who have submitted an application and who meet the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the dynamic purchasing system. Eligibility requirements are described in the ESPD Form attached to the Request for Participation and in the Other Conditions section of the Request for Participation.
Purchases are made within the dynamic purchasing system through separate calls for tender.
