The Information Office for Fruit and Vegetables (henceforth referred to as ‘OFG’) is a private foundation that works to increase the consumption of fresh fruits, berries, vegetables and potatoes in Norway. OFG has, through its activities and projects, a need to store advertising articles and materials.

OFG currently has a contract with a company who has stocks and dispatches materials. From 1.1.2018 a new tender contest will decide which company shall carry out this services for OFG until 31.12.2021. The prerequisite for the contract having this length is that OFG's framework terms are not significantly changed.

OFG currently has several projects in which the overview of costs for storage and other costs such as dispatch, must be connected to each project.

The need can be changed relatively much during the contract period. It is, therefore, important that tenderers are very flexible. The need can potentially be more than double as much as the current level, but it could also be considerably lower.

The tender shall specify:

— The storage address for the entire period. Possibly an address for the start of the period and possible changes during the period.

— Tenderers shall describe how the service shall be carried out for OFG. This includes conditions such as contact persons, availability and the time that the tenderer would need from an order being placed to the delivery has been delivered to the recipient.

— Price of storage, specified per pallet per month.

— Price for dispatching material.

— Names of companies that the company cooperates with for providing the service, for example, companies that distribute packages to recipients.

— Price of possibly moving the stores from the current address in Oslo.

The estimated value of 4 800 000 NOK is a limit over 4 years, but the value can be considerably lower than this, depending on the contracting authority's needs.
