When establishing this framework agreement, the contracting entity wishes to be able to acquire technical consultants specific to the public. There is an ongoing need to include consultancy services for solving various tasks, both of a shorter and longer nature, within design, supervision, testing and commissioning as well as maintenance on technical and offshore installations.
The type of consultant requested for this framework agreement varies from time to time and depends on the specific task formulation, but has generally been divided into these 4 sub-agreements:
• Sub-agreement 1: Technical Consultancy services within Electrical and instrumentation
• Sub-agreement 2: Technical consultancy services within mechanical plant and management tasks
• Sub-agreement 3: Technical consultancy services within medium voltage and high voltage installations
• Lot 4: Technical consultancy services for steel structures
Technical Consultancy Services within Electrical and InstrumentationThe tasks to be solved by consultants under this sub-agreement will primarily be design, supervision, testing and commissioning as well as maintenance of electrical and instrumentation at technical facilities, including:
• Offshore facilities for wind energy projects
• Oil and gas projects, onshore and offshore
These tasks can last from a few weeks to several months/years.
There may be secondment for shorter or longer periods, primarily in connection with maintenance tasks and supervision.

Technical Consultancy services within mechanical plant and management tasksThe tasks to be solved by consultants under this sub-agreement will primarily be design, supervision, testing and commissioning as well as maintenance of mechanical/mechanical systems as well as various management tasks at technical plants, including:
• Offshore facilities for wind energy projects
• Oil and gas projects, onshore and offshore
These tasks can last from a few weeks to several months/years.
There may be secondment for shorter or longer periods, primarily in connection with maintenance tasks and supervision.

Technical Consultancy services within medium and high voltage systemsThe tasks to be solved by consultants under this sub-agreement will primarily be design, supervision, testing and commissioning as well as maintenance of technical facilities, including:
• High and intermediate care facilities (HV and MV), onshore and offshore
These tasks can last from a few weeks to several months/years.
There may be secondment for shorter or longer periods, primarily in connection with maintenance tasks and supervision.

Technical consultancy services for steel structuresThe tasks to be carried out by consultants under this sub-agreement will primarily be the design, supervision and maintenance of steel structures at technical facilities, including:

There may be secondment for shorter or longer periods, primarily in connection with maintenance tasks and supervision.
