Ålesund Municipal council decided in K-SAK 072/20 construction of 30 homes in the area Moa-Spjelkavik where 22 of the homes will be adapted for the elderly and eight of the homes will be adapted for the mentally handicapped. In addition be a staffing site in the building. The project limit is NOK 90 million. Procurement of the residences will occur through ÅKE buying the completed residences from private developers.

The developer is the builder in this case, and must provide their own site regulated for the purpose.

The procurement is initiated with this qualification (stage 1). In this phase, a qualitative selection among the tenderers who are qualified and thereby receive an invitation to submit tenders for the contest (phase 2).
