The document applies as a basic for pre-qualification of contractors and associated engineering design groups for the competition 219678-1 'Expansion and reconstruction of the Ruafoss hall’. The contractor will be the applicant in the pre-qualification and will independently obtain competent consultants, including ARK, PGL, Responsible Applicant, RIB, RIV, RIE, RIEA, RIAku, LARK, RIVA, RIG, RIByFy, Energy Consultant, Environment Consultant, etc. The architect and consultants can participate in several groups.

The competition is conducted as a ‘Competition with negotiation’ following a prior announcement/pre-qualification with selection of 3-8 suppliers §16.12 FOA.

Negotiations will take place with up to four of the tenderers.

The procurement will be implemented as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS8407.

3-8 different contractors with associated consultant group can be pre-qualified to compete for the project. Those who become pre-qualified will receive a separate tender documentation for the competition.
