                        Supply of different and other medicines for Zofia Provincial Hospital of Zamoyskie Tarnowska in Tarnobrzeg
I. Object of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the supply of various and other medicines for the Zofia z Zamoyska Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg, included in 56 packages.
II. Order description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price form.
2.The trade names given in the SWZ price form are exemplary. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting equivalent offers, i.e. equivalent pharmaceutical and therapeutical. Basic concepts and definitions concerning the issues of bioequivalence of medicines; modified according to Kaliszan and Janicki - detailed description in SWZ.
