In the context of the present invitation to tender, framework contracts for the purchase of fuels (petrol, diesel, gas, AdBlue) at third-party filling stations and electricity at fast charging stations for all vehicles of the entire canton administration are tendered. The framework agreements are intended to regulate the conditions for the purchase of fuel and electricity and the associated services (card purchase and billing) over the next 5 years. The fuel product group is divided into 3 lots. The aim is an optimal supply throughout the canton, which is why the award should be made to one petrol station operator per lot based on the defined award criteria. When purchasing electricity at fast charging stations (lot 4), the bid is made to the provider who best meets the award criteria. The tender also includes an option to extend the framework contract by 1 year.
