the subject of this consultation is the award of a work contract - lot 33 “cleaning work on the bed of L'Isere upstream of the bridge of the buissiere”, in connection with the realization of hydraulic, environmental and landscaping works of the Isère, upstream of the Pont de la Bâtie (Isère - 38). It is part of the work operation, in an allotment of 33 lots, processed by separate contracts, within the meaning of article R2123-1 of the Public Order Code, as defined in Annex No. 1 of the Specific Administrative Clauses (CCAP). Each lot is subject to a separate contract. A breakdown into slices is provided for Lot 33: a firm slice No. 33 and an optional slice No. 33.1
