The subject of the order is the delivery of new and replacement of old graphics stations forming a cluster controlling the simulation in a large virtual reality cave and a tracking system in a small virtual reality cave for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope in individual parts is specified in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference and in the material and price form constituting Appendices No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
The contract was included in the plan of proceedings under the item: 2.2.24
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of new and replacement of old graphic stations forming a cluster in the Laboratory of Immersed Spatial Visualization of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The supplied graphics stations and accessories should ensure smooth cooperation with the large virtual reality cave in the Laboratory of Immersed Spatial Visualization. Detailed description of the subject of the contract: 1) Delivery of fourteen (14) high-performance graphics stations for virtual reality, 2) Delivery of 14 DP converters enabling connection to the CAVE system using the currently used fiber optic transmission. 3) Delivery of a tracking system enabling the operation of a 4-monitor MiniCAVE system and a multi-image 3D application with a manipulator and glasses.
2) The subject of the contract includes the dismantling of old graphic stations and delivery of new equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.
3) A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendices 2 and 4 to the Terms of Reference.
4) The maximum deadline for the completion of the entire subject of the contract is 15.12.2023.
5) The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract for at least 12 months.
6) The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Terms of Reference and in the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
7) The subject of the contract must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free from defects in materials and construction, without previous use and not
may be subject to the rights of third parties.
8) The rate of 0% VAT on the assortment being the subject of the order:
1) The Contracting Authority shall apply to the Ministry of Education and Science to confirm the application of the 0% VAT rate in connection with Article 83(1)(26)(a), (13), (14) and (15) of the Value Added Tax Act of 11.03.2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 996) to the assortment included in Appendix 8 to the Act (Central Units of Computers - Workstations, devices for the transmission of digital data - converters).
2) The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science, which is the basis for charging a VAT rate of 0% on the equipment indicated in the order.
3) If the Ministry of Education and Science does not send the relevant certificate within the deadline for issuing the invoice by the Contractor, the Contractor shall issue an invoice with VAT, and upon receipt of the certificate, it will issue a tax correction invoice
VAT.
