The subject of the contract is comprehensive advertising and marketing service (including running advertising campaigns, strategy, creation, production and purchase of media)

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of marketing services to the Employer in this area:

• running advertising campaigns,

• advertising strategy,

• creation (development of original or adapted projects),

• production and post-production,

• planning, buying airtime and advertising space in the media,

• internet marketing services.

Under this scope, the agencies will be responsible for implementing promotional, advertising, image and information activities. The actions will be ordered each time by the Employer under the framework agreement concluded, taking into account sales or information purposes. Planned activities include ATL, BTL and DIGITAL advertising.

2. The Purchaser reserves that during the performance of the Order, the Contractors may not perform orders that cause a conflict of interest with the interests of Energa Obrót SA and other companies of the Energa SA capital group, that they meet the conditions for the provision of services covered by the subject of the contract in an impartial and fair manner (In the case of joint application for the award of this Contract by 2 or more Contractors).

3. The expected date of starting the provision of the service by the Contractor is 1.3.2018, however this date may change as a result of the Employer's activities related to the said procedure.
