The new building as a concrete structure is organized on 4 floors (ground floor + 3 floors). Appearance to the outside with a brickwork, into which individual window areas in the ground floor and in the 3 upper floors continuous window bands are arranged. The building opens on the ground floor in partial areas through a mullion-transom façade. There you enter in the west and east by a windscreen each the atrium with the open step landscape and the meeting place for max. 500 people. The atrium is completed above 3rd floor with a flat inclined glass roof. The glass roof is surrounded by a slightly inclined roof, unmarked flat roof with surrounding attic and internal drainage. Inside, on the ground floor, the atrium is a multifunctional space with a stage, a dispensing kitchen and the administrative rooms. The 1st floor is accessed via a staircase with seating stages in the stage direction.
