InfraCo Africa is seeking an experienced firm to provide commercial services to the Lake Victoria Marine Transport Project. The commercial services provider (CSP) will provide commercial management and logistics services to the project company, which will own and operate mixed freight Ro/Ro vessels. The commercial services to be provided include: sourcing, managing and interfacing with customers, coordinating on shore transport logistics, port operation coordination, preparing cargo manifests and other related documents, and providing technical advice and support during the development and construction phases of the Project.
The CSP will have experience in commercial operations of marine transport assets in emerging / frontier markets. Contract terms will be the subject of the competitive dialogue.

Following pre-qualification and the selection of short-listed candidates, those candidates will be invited to participate in the dialogue phase. After signing confidentiality agreements (CAs), candidates will be invited to review project documents in a data room, after which they will be invited to participate in initial dialogue meetings to clarify and explore further how the bidder will satisfy the commercial requirements of the project, if selected. After the initial dialogue meetings, short-listed bidders will be invited to submit initial outline solutions. EleQtra reserves the right to invite some or all of the short-listed bidders to submit initial outline solutions. The initial outline solution submitted will be followed by a period of dialogue. All or some candidates may be invited to submit a further solution or solutions, which will be followed again by dialogue. Once this phase is concluded, all or some candidates will be invited to submit a tender.
