Stichting WerkvoorHeerlen wishes to lease the fleet on the basis of a full operational lease including fuel card.

The estimate is based on the current budget of Stichting WerkvoorHeerlen, all amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT. In its budget, Stichting WerkvoorHeerlen has an annual budget of EUR 230,000 for the wagons currently described for all the wagons referred to in paragraph 1.3.1. The maximum value of the framework agreement (in connection with the possible growth of Stichting WerkvoorHeerlen) concerns the purchase of sixty cars, whereby all these cars can be replaced (after 48 months or sixty months respectively) as soon as Stichting WerkvoorHeerlen makes use of the extension options of the framework agreement .

The scope of the framework agreement is indicative. No rights can be derived from this. The agreement to be concluded must be qualified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Procurement Act 2012. For this reason, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the above-mentioned amounts, in order to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the duration of the framework agreement has expired.
