Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Lubaczów commune

The subject of the Order is:

1) collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties (including properties that are partly properties where residents live, and partly properties where residents do not live) in the Municipality of Lubaczów in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduces the mass of waste subject to biodegradation transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and executive acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship valid during the period of performance of the contract and the provisions of local law, in particular specifying the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from owners real estate and management of this waste, regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lubaczów Commune.
