Works aimed at the prevention of hydrogeological instability and hydraulic safety and for the maintenance of the areas of the state water under the jurisdiction of the UT Modena

Interventions aimed at improving the hydraulic officiosity of watercourses, preventing hydrogeological instability as well as maintaining the areas of the state water domain of competence and includes the works, processes, activities that form the subject of this Framework Agreement aimed at ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, redevelopment and functional adaptation of works and sections of dammed and non-dammed watercourses assigned and belonging to it, for competence, of the hydrographic network of the UT Modena.

The areas of intervention concern the slopes and watercourses of the basins of the Secchia and Panaro rivers and the relative system of streams and tributary streams in the mountain and foothill belts of the Modena area, in the sections of competence of the UT-Modena of the Agency for Territorial Security and Civil Protection.
