Supply of a laser system for micro-fabrication of photonic components by two-photon polymerization.

The service breaks down as follows:

- a firm part comprising:

—— supply of equipment including factory tests,

—— the supply of programs for on-site tests,

—— packaging and delivery to CEA premises,

—— installation in the premises of the CEA,

—— on-site tests,

—— the supply of all the documents necessary for the operation, maintenance and servicing of the equipment,

—— training in the use of equipment and software tools,

—— the guarantee of the equipment for a period of twelve months from the reception of the said equipment,

- an option relating to an extension of the equipment warranty for twelve months from the end of the initial warranty period.
