The purpose of this consultation is to rent, install, maintain and remove lighting equipment for the Winter Travel Event. The framework agreement is allocated as follows:
- Lot 1: Rental, installation, maintenance and removal of lighting equipment for the Vincent Olinet artistic project;
- Lot 2: Rental, installation, maintenance and removal of lighting equipment for the Dominique Blais artistic project.
RENTAL, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL OF LIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE VINCENT OLINET ARTISTIC PROJECTThe services for lot 1 are as follows:
o Studies and installation plans;
o The supply and delivery of lighting equipment;
o Installation of lighting equipment;
o The supply of a distribution box and the connection of all projectors to it;
o Control of facilities;
o Night tests and adjustments with the artist;
o The evacuation of flycases and any waste;
o Monitoring of operation and technical standby during the Event;
o The removal of the assembly.
RENTAL, INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL OF LIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR THE DOMINIQUE BLAIS ARTISTIC PROJECTThe services for lot 2 are as follows:
o Studies and installation plans;
o The supply and delivery of lighting equipment;
o Installation of lighting equipment;
o The supply of an electrical cabinet, the connection of this cabinet to the building concerned and to the network of Nantes Métropole, as well as the connection of all the projectors to this cabinet;
o Control of facilities;
o Night tests and adjustments with the artist;
o The evacuation of flycases and any waste;
o Monitoring of operation and technical standby during the Event;
o The removal of all lighting equipment.
