The contract to be tendered is defined as follows: entering into a framework agreement with three Contractors in which the conditions for contracts to be supplied by the Client for the supply of ICT hardware, including the provision of services, are laid down for that term. An agreement is entered into with the SAAM Foundation as principal, which all SAAM schools will use.
