The subject of the proceedings is the award of a public contract for the supply of 1 vehicle for training purposes for KW PSP in Olsztyn (truck for driving lessons). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in Annex 1 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of 1 piece of vehicle for training purposes for KW PSP in Olsztyn (truck adapted to conduct training and state exams in the field of category "C" driving license). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the Terms of Contract, i.e. in Annex No. 1 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract", containing minimum technical and utility requirements for the subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 entitled "Model contract", specifying detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract should meet the following requirements:

(a) correspond to all the characteristics set out in the specification of the terms of the contract and comply with the applicable standards;

(b) be factory new, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work;

(c) have a set of technical and operational documentation and enabling its registration.
