In accordance with the agency agreement, the client has taken over the management of the Local Action Group Mühldorfer Netz e.V. (LAG Management). The client intends to outsource the management of the Local Action Group Mühldorfer Netz e.V. (LAG Management) to an external third party. Accordingly, the content of the award procedure is the finding of a suitable contractor to take over the management.

The tendered service of the LAG management for the period 2023-27 includes the assumption of the management of the LAG office.

The tasks include:

Organizational

- Maintenance of the member database of the association Lokale Aktionsgruppe Mühldorfer Netz e.V.

- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of board meetings as required, at least once a quarter including preparation and dispatch of invitations as well as recording of results and resolutions

- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the general meetings min. Once a year, including the creation and dispatch of invitations as well as the recording of results and resolutions

- Preparation, implementation and follow-up of decision-making body meetings as required, including preparation and dispatch of invitations as well as recording of results and resolutions

- Close and regular coordination with the LAG office at the district office

- Cooperation and exchange of experience with other LEADER regions and in the LEADER network, in particular with the Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry Rosenheim

Implementation of the Local Development Strategy

- Advice and examination of project ideas of potential project promoters with regard to eligibility according to the requirements of the LEADER funding guideline and the Local Development Strategy

- Advice and support for local stakeholders in the development, application, implementation and accounting of projects

- Implementation of the project selection procedure in accordance with the fact sheet on the requirements for a LAG

- Contribute your own ideas and impulses for the implementation of the Local Development Strategy

- Participation in the coordination of regional development concepts, actors and processes in the LAG area

Monitoring and evaluation and reporting

- Monitoring and controlling the implementation of the Local Development Strategy

- Participation in audits of the LAG by commissioned audit authorities/testing organizations

- Submission of proof of activity for the respective accounts of one's own services to the office at the district office

public relation

- Creation of project profiles for each project

- Preparation of a final brochure at the end of the funding period

- Maintenance of the LAG's website

- Maintenance of the LAG's Facebook page

- Participation in the handover of funding decisions to the project executing agencies

- Drafting press releases for regular reporting in order to ensure the presence of the LEADER programme in the public perception
