The contracting authority intends to purchase an upgrade to the radio planning, release, installation software and hardware. The requirements for the object of the procurement are set out in Annex 2 to the Terms of Purchase Technical Specification.
The object of the procurement is divided into 4 parts (hereinafter referred to as the plural - parts of the Procurement object or parts of the Purchase, if the singular is a part of the Procurement Object or part of the Procurement), the scope and subject matter of which, the requirements and the technical specification are defined in Annex 2 to the Procurement Conditions Technical Specification (see the technical specification of the relevant part of the procurement object - there are four of them).

PURCHASE OF RADIO MONTAGE HARDWARE, ACCESS (NETWORK) SWITCHES AND SERVERS WITH ATTACHMENTS1. The Contracting Authority shall seek to acquire radio installation hardware, access (network) switches and servers with accessories (hereinafter referred to as the Product(s).
2. The requirements for the Product are set out in this Technical Specification.
3. The goods are intended for the implementation of the following functionalities: radio grid planning, release into the air, sound editing, expansion of virtualization resources.
PURCHASE OF MOBILE BROADCASTING EQUIPMENT WITH A TRANSPORT SUITCASE (OR BACKPACK) FOR RECEIVING AUDIO FILES FROM THE CLOUD ENVIRONMENT1. The Contracting Authority seeks to purchase mobile broadcasting equipment with a transport suitcase (or backpack) for receiving audio files from the Cloud environment (hereinafter referred to as the Product(s).
2. The requirements for the Product are set out in this Technical Specification.
3. The goods are designed to receive files from the Cloud environment, play out in a playout system with functionality to enter and control additional audio sources.
PURCHASE OF AN HLS FLOW-FORMING SERVER WITH ADD-ONS1. The Contracting Authority seeks to acquire an HLS traffic formation server with attachments (hereinafter referred to as the Product(s).
2. The requirements for the Product are set out in this Technical Specification.
3. The goods are intended for the formation of HLS stream and sound processing, internet radio broadcasting.
