The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for cleaning and preventive and corrective maintenance mechanical installations with a duration of two years with an effective date of 01 January 2023.
The client has, by mutual consent of the parties, the right to extend it twice by one year.
Procedure
Tendering by means of the European public procedure in accordance with the Works Procurement Regulations 2016 (ARW 2016).
The Municipality of Breda will act as a penkeeper for this tendering procedure.
Order
Each municipality has its own wishes about which work is outsourced to the contractor.
General description of the various activities:
Periodic cleaning of pumping stations
Carrying out periodic preventive maintenance on pumping stations in accordance with brl K14020/01 incl. drawing up inspection report
Taking care of the 1st line malfunctions (corrective maintenance), including remedying the malfunctions incl. drawing up a malfunction report
Taking care of the 2nd line malfunctions (corrective maintenance), including remedying the malfunctions incl. drawing up a malfunction report
Delivery of materials and/or parts including assembly, equipment, labour, call-out costs, risk and general costs
Performing a NEN 3140 inspection on (part of) the pumping stations.
The work or work should be carried out within the organisations participating in SWWB waterkring de Baronie. At SWWB waterkring de Baronie are affiliated, the:
Municipality of Alphen-Chaam;
Municipality of Baarle-Nassau;
Municipality of Gilze en Rijen;
Municipality of Breda;
Municipality of Etten-Leur;
Municipality of Rucphen.

This contract is not divided into lots.
Target
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for cleaning and preventive and corrective maintenance mechanical installations with a duration of two years with an effective date of 01 January 2023.
The client has, by mutual consent of the parties, the right to extend it twice by one year. The decision-making with regard to these extension(s) is based on evaluation of the performance delivered.
The client will inform the contractor in writing at least 6 months before the end of the contract whether the client will make use of the option to extend the contract. Otherwise, the contract ends automatically after reaching the end date. Minimum term of 6 months also applies to the option years.
Maximum contract value
The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 3,500,000 over the term of the agreement, including renewal options.
No rights can be derived from the stated amount. No purchase obligation applies to the client.
If the maximum contract value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement can be terminated (earlier).
