The tender includes sorting and marketing of slag from the Contracting Entity's receiving facility, Stengårdsvej 33, Oudrup, 9670 Løgstør. The agreement is expected to run from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2025. Sorting is expected to take place approx. 2 times a year. However, it may vary depending on the quantity received.

The contracting entity has an option to extend the agreement. The ordering entity may extend the contract by up to 2 x 12 months on unchanged terms. If the Contracting Entity wishes to exercise options, this must be notified to the Tenderer no later than 3 months before the expiry of the contract.

It is expected that approx. 9000 tons of slag per year will be sorted approx. 2 times a year. It is the Ordering Entity that requests the sorting of slag. After each sorting has been completed, a statement shall be sent to the Ordering entity containing:

- Number of tonnes of slag sorted

- Number of tonnes of iron and metals

Iron and metals must be removed from the site continuously in connection with the sorting of the slag, but no later than 15 working days after the sorting has been completed.

Sorted slag must be removed from the site no later than when new sorting begins. The contracting entity is responsible for sampling and maturing the slag so that it can be approved as a category 3 as a minimum. The sorting plant must be able to take slag samples automatically.

The sorting of slag must take place on weekdays Monday - Friday in the period 6.00 - 18.00.

The Ordering Entity does not undertake, by means of the Agreement, to purchase a certain quantity of services from the Supplier. The Supplier may not claim adjustment of unit prices, compensation, compensation or other compensation if the Client orders fewer services than provided for in the Agreement or its annexes.
