2. The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annexes No. 1.1-1.25 to the SWZ, Chapter 3 of the SWZ and the terms of the model contract, which constitutes Annex 3 to the SWZ.

4) Warmian-Masurian Tax Office in Olsztyn, 37 Lubelska Street.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided for in Annexes No. 1.1-1.4 to the SWZ.

3. Cleaning of office rooms, auxiliary rooms and outdoor area will be carried out on the indicated working days at times specified individually for each unit included in Annexes No. 1.1-1.4 to the SWZ constituting a description of the subject of the contract.

4. There is no need to perform works related to the care of green areas and cleaning of outdoor areas - no outdoor area for the unit - Warmian-Masurian Tax Office in Olsztyn, 37 Lubelska Street.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of cleaning rooms in buildings and the external area around the building and performing maintenance and repair works in the unit: Tax Office in Giżycko, Tadeusza Kościuszki 15 and 17 Streets.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.17 to the SWZ.

3. Cleaning of office premises, auxiliary rooms and outdoor area will be carried out on the indicated working days at the times specified for the unit included in Annex 1.17 to the SWZ constituting a description of the subject of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of cleaning rooms in buildings and the external area around the building and performing maintenance and repair works in the unit: Tax Office in Olecko, 7 Wojska Polskiego Street.

3. Cleaning of office premises, auxiliary rooms and the external area will be carried out on the indicated working days at the times specified for the unit included in Annex 1.18 to the SWZ constituting a description of the subject of the contract.

2) Customs Branch in Iława, 12 Lubawska Street.

3. Cleaning of office rooms, auxiliary rooms and outdoor area will be carried out on the indicated working days at the times specified for the unit included in Annex 1.24 to the SWZ constituting a description of the subject of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of cleaning rooms in buildings and performing maintenance and repair works in the unit: Taxpayers' Service Point in Mrągowo, Królewiecka 60A, 11-700 Mrągowo (building of the District Office in Mrągowo).

2. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1.25 to the SWZ.

3. Cleaning of office rooms, auxiliary rooms will be carried out on the indicated working days at the times specified for the unit included in Annex 1.25 to the SWZ constituting a description of the subject of the contract.

4. There is no need to perform work related to the care of green areas and cleaning of outdoor areas - no outdoor area.
