The subject of the Order is the delivery of the modernization of the remote control system for energy equipment (ZSDE) for the first metro line in the scope and under the conditions indicated in the Technical Specification (hereinafter: "ST" - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and in the Model Agreement (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ).

The subject of the Order will be implemented in accordance with the documentation of the procedure, i.e.: the Specification of the Terms of the Order and its attachments, in particular the Technical Specification and the Model Agreement.

The scope of the contract includes the execution of projects, purchase, delivery, assembly and commissioning of control cabinets and RTU controllers with software and accessories for 15 traction and power substations of the first metro line, installation of new SCADA software along with the replacement of computer equipment in the Central Dispatching Center located at the Kabaty Technical and Parking Station in Warsaw, conducting training for the Ordering Party's employees and developing as-built documentation and instructions.

The above scope of the contract shall be completed by the Contractor in three Stages:

Stage I – commissioning works in the field of SCADA system (integrating the system with software and controllers currently used by the Ordering Party along with the replacement of computer equipment in the Central Dispatching Center at STP Kabaty and installation of the required equipment at the A11 station;

Stage II – modernization of the system at A0 – A11 stations (7 stations);

Stage III – modernization of the system at A13 – A23 stations (8 stations).

The detailed scope of work in individual Stages is specified in point V of the ST.

The subject of the Order will be implemented in accordance with the documentation of the proceedings, i.e.: the Specification of the Terms of the Order and its attachments, in particular the Technical Specification and the Model Agreement constituting an integral part of the SWZ.
