This agreement will cover the contracting authority's need for cleaning services at IMDi's offices in Oslo, and additional needs related to parts of the facility system (hire of mats, watering of plants etc.) in the organisation.
Through the agreement, the tenderer must realise the contracting authority's needs and ensure compliance with the quality of the cleaning and environmental aspects. The desired outcome should result in higher user satisfaction among employees when it comes to office cleaning, as well as within the exercised options.

For IMDi, it is important that the premises have a representative appearance and make a good impression on visitors and employees at all times.
The assignment includes washing, dusting, emptying waste, vacuuming carpets, changing mats in the entrance area and additional services such as interior window cleaning and main cleaning, and watering plants.
