The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million zlotys)

The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million PLN). The loan will be activated in tranches to the basic account of the Skawina Municipality. The amount and date of transfer of funds will be agreed with the Contractor each time. The loan will be fully activated by 15 December 2022.

Repayment of capital will take place on a quarterly basis: repayment of the first capital installment will take place on March 31, 2023, repayment of the last installment – March 31, 2032. It is assumed that it will be possible to repay the loan earlier, before the agreed date, without incurring additional costs and the need to notify the Contractor-Bank of this fact. Variable interest rate: WIBOR 3M plus the bank's margin, interest year: actual number of days, interest will be calculated at the end of each quarter, payable upon receipt of an interest note from the Bank by the 15th day of each month after the end of the quarter, collateral: blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration, settlements between the Ordering Party and the Service Provider will be made in Polish zlotys
