The service comprises responsive repairs and maintenance and void works to the client’s housing stock in the Berkshire/Maidenhead area.
One Housing Group are utilising a schedule of rates pricing model with tasks to other areas.
The works are of a random nature, mostly arising out of residents’ notifying One Housing Group of repairs to their homes, and can be situated anywhere within the defined contract area.
The service comprises internal and external planned maintenance to One Housing Group’s housing stock.
One Housing Group is utilising a combination of archetype pricing, schedule of rates and quotations pricing.
Whilst works are planned in nature, they can be situated anywhere within the defined contract area.
The service comprises a 3* servicing model to include LGSR’s and maintenance to gas central heating systems in One Housing Group’s housing stock. The service will also include the delivery of ad-hoc boiler replacements.
The service comprises internal and external estates cleaning and grounds maintenance within One Housing Group’s housing stock.
One Housing Group is utilising a combination of fixed annual prices, schedule of rates and quotations pricing.
Works are cyclical in nature and the service provider will be required to plan works to ensure compliance with the servicing requirements of each individual component.
One Housing Group will also be seeking an innovative solution for a service provider to deliver all of the lots as an integrated asset management service.
