The subject of the order is the construction and modernization of road lighting within the Municipality of Ludwin.

1. Modernization of the existing street lighting in the Ludwin Commune, including in particular:

- execution of the street lighting system modernization project with all required arrangements, including agreement with RE Lublin Teren,

- replacement of 587 existing exploited and inefficient diesel luminaires for modern luminaires with LED light sources to increase energy and economic efficiency and obtain the correct lighting parameters;

- replacement of luminaire power wires and luminaire protections with new ones;

- replacement of booms with attachment accessories,

- modernization of street lighting measurement and distribution systems,

- installation and commissioning of the street lighting luminaire control system.

Before commencing the execution of works, the Contractor is obliged to:

1) Preparation of documentation for the modernization of street lighting in accordance with the requirements contained in this PFU and obtaining permits and arrangements required by law allowing for the implementation of works,

2) Obtain permission from the competent road manager to occupy the road lane for the duration of works, prepare a traffic organization project and agree with the required authorities.

3) Execution of works in accordance with the requirements contained in this PFU and design documentation.

4) Training of the Ordering Party's representatives in the use of the street lighting control system.

5) Execution of as-built documentation of completed works.

6) Commissioning of the installed luminaires and control system.

The Contractor is obliged to locate the place of temporary storage of materials on the premises of the facility, so as not to cause communication difficulties.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be: for part 1 of the contract - Functional and Utility Program - hereinafter PFU - Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

1. Construction of new lighting points powered by renewable energy sources in the Ludwin Commune, including in particular the construction of 40 pole stations

with street lighting and power supply from renewable energy sources, i.e. solar and wind energy.

Before commencing the execution of works, the Contractor is obliged to:

1) Preparation of documentation for the construction of street lighting in accordance with the requirements contained in this PFU and obtaining permits and arrangements required by law allowing for the implementation of works,

2) Execution of the construction project of street lighting with power supply from renewable energy sources.

3) Obtain permission from the competent road manager to occupy the road lane for the duration of works, carry out a traffic organization project and agree with the required authorities.

4) Execution of works in accordance with the requirements contained in this PFU and design documentation.

5) Training of the Ordering Party's representatives in the operation of the street lighting control system.

6) Execution of as-built documentation of completed works.

7) Commissioning of installed street lighting points powered by renewable energy sources.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is for lot 2 of the contract - Functional and Utility Program - hereinafter PFU - Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
