The assignment includes, but is not limited to:

Delivery, installation and configuration of the System with associated technical environments, services, as well as user training in the system's functions

Delivery of services for project implementation (project management, other necessary project resources) and migration of data from the current system environment

Implementation (design, implementation, test and deployment) when developing agreed integrations

System operation, support and maintenance of the System in the ongoing administration within the contract period

The scope of the procurement is a cloud-based (SaaS) journal system for approximately 250 users. The assignment includes, but is not limited to:
