The object of the order is the collection and development of the municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside is indicated in the description of the order,

in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery by other methods and to reduce biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage and in a compliant manner

with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities as amended, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste as amended, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, the Rules of Procedure of Maintenance of Purity and Order within the Municipality Wielishev and other provisions of statutory law and local law.
