The subject of the contract is the provision of medical care services for the years 2023-2024 for employees/associates of PSE S.A. and their families and pensioners.

The subject of the contract is the provision of medical care services for the years 2023-2024 for employees/associates of PSE S.A. and their families and pensioners. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the following medical services, defined in the Packages: a) "Occupational Medicine" Package (consistent with the scope of benefits No. 1), b) "Individual" Package (consistent with the scope of benefits No. 2 or with the scope of benefits No. 3 or with the scope of benefits No. 4), c) Package "Plus 1" (consistent with the scope of benefits No. 2 or with the scope of benefits No. 3 or with the scope of benefits No. 4), d) "Family" Package (consistent with the scope of benefits No. 2 or with the scope of benefits No. 3, or with the scope of benefits No. 4), e) Package "Adult Child" (consistent with the scope of benefits No. 3), f) Package "Parent" (consistent with the scope of benefits No. 5), g) Package "Pensioner" (consistent with the scope of benefits No. 5).
