Service of exploitation of the facilities of the central laboratories of drinking water and residuals of the Consortium of Water and Waste of La Rioja, located respectively in the ETAP of the Iregua, in Viguera, and in the WWTP of Logroño, in the terms in which it is defined in the Specification of Particular Technical Prescriptions.

The purpose of the contract is to operate the facilities of the central laboratories of drinking water and wastewater of the Water and Waste Consortium of La Rioja, located respectively in the ETAP of Iregua, in Viguera, and in the WWTP of Logroño, in the terms in which it is defined in the Specification of Particular Technical Prescriptions that appears as an annex to this Specification, in accordance with the provisions of the Master Plan for Water Supply to Populations of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, and the Master Plan for Sanitation and Water Purification of La Rioja.
