The seven municipalities of the North Limburg region: Beesel, Bergen, Gennep, Horst aan de Maas, Peel en Maas, Venlo and Venray have agreed to work together for Social Support Act, Youth and Participation. The seven municipalities are the contracting authority and the client within the framework of this procurement; hereinafter referred to as: client or municipality (s).

The partnership that gives substance to this agreement and provides and facilitates this purchase for the client is the Modular Joint Scheme Social Domain North Limburg (MGR).

The Participation domain is divided into two segments:

- collective guidance, consisting of the product collective labor-based guidance,

- individual supervision, consisting of the product individual work-related supervision.

This purchase concerns the individual guidance segment and the product individual labor guidance.
