The purpose of the consultation is the mandatory maintenance and training to be carried out in EPLES and CIOs adhering to the Val-de-Marne Command Group for SSI, natural and mechanical smoke removal facilities and training of fire safety personnel at each establishment. The contract includes:
— a flat rate part (annual preventive maintenance) including periodic inspection visits, maintenance of various technical documents, training of fire safety personnel and advice and assistance;
— a part at unit price, on purchase orders (corrective maintenance) including the change of parts necessary for the proper operation of the equipment during periodic inspection visits or after the failure of a device or the degradation of its function for its return to service.
