The agreement consists of:

- the collection of small chemical waste,

- the removal of small chemical waste,

- processing small chemical waste or having it processed,

- providing sufficient mobile KCA depots,

- accepting and processing small waste electrical and electronic equipment (small WEEE).

The agreement is entered into for a minimum period of four years and a maximum of six years (4 + 1 + 1).

The effective date of the agreement is 1.1.2022.
