The assignment includes:

- regular cleaning maintenance,

- window cleaning.

Outside the assignment:

- sanitation,

- periodic floor maintenance.

This is an agreement for the duration of 3 years. After these years, the client has the option to extend the contract 7 times with 1 year.

At this moment the exact number of square meters with regard to window washing is not clear. This must be measured by the contractor when carrying out the first window cleaning.

UN1EK consists of 22 childcare and educational locations. The childcare locations take care of the regular cleaning themselves. Only window cleaning must be carried out here.

At the educational locations, regular cleaning maintenance must be carried out in a result-oriented manner. This is in contrast to the current situation, where work is done in an effort-oriented manner.
