Main entreprice agreement on mold redevelopment and rehousing pavilions

Built in 1984-1985, the Dwellingsgårdens Department 32 — Stårnen consists of 151 single and two-storey townhouses. Each terraced house constitutes one lease.

The bow had a mold renovation of the terrain deck of the settlement in 2014, retaining the floor structure as a bedside floor with a surface consisting of 22 mm beech parquet.

In the year 2017, indoor gases caused by mold growth in the power floor structure have been re-established.

The mold removal as a result of mold growth is carried out in two stages, of which Stages 1, comprising 55 townhouses, has been completed. Mold redevelopment of between 84 and 96 townhouses will be carried out and the final number of terraced houses will be determined at the conclusion of the contract.

In the context of the mold redevelopment, the main contractor must set up and operation rehousing pavilions.

This tender includes mold redevelopment of other terraced houses, Stage 2. Mold redevelopment of between 84 and 96 townhouses will be carried out and the final number of terraced houses will be determined at the conclusion of the contract.

For the mold redevelopment, the general contractor will have to redeploy parts of the housing's electrical and plumbing installations, as well as setting up and operating rehousing pavilions.

It is important for Bodggården that the general contractor has the understanding that the Sævnen is a general residential building and that it is a case that has been going on for many years. It is therefore a success criterion that the Reich's residents and administration have a good overall experience of the mold redevelopment and rehousing.

It is a conscious choice on the part of Boliggården that the contract is not divided and that the setting up and operation of rehousing pavilions is part of the main entrance price. It is considered that too many interfaces are created by a breakdown, which creates an increased risk of errors and defects and increased costs for Boliggården.
