This public contract is a service contract.
The object of this public contract is to take out the insurance policies Persons, Material Damage, Liability and Car for the Municipality of Tervuren, OCMW Tervuren and AGB Bexit
The municipality of Tervuren acts as a central purchasing body within the meaning of art. 2, 6° of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016.
AON Belgium bv organizes this assignment as a consultant. All correspondence relating to this assignment may be addressed and sent to AON Belgium bv.
Insurers are considered in this competition procedure for the conclusion of the various insurance policies as the only possible parties who can act as tenderers.

The tenderer can submit a quotation for one plot, for multiple plots or for all plots together. Within one plot, a quotation must be submitted for all the shutters within that plot.
If the tenderer submits an offer, he must offer both the basic offer and the required variants (if any).
The allowed (free) variants and options are not allowed.
In accordance with Article 85 of the Law of 17 June 2016, the contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract, or to comply only with part of the contract or to re-execute the procedure without compensation.
By subscribing to this assignment, the tenderers declare that they are not in a state of incompatibility.
This assignment is an order based on a mixed price determination within the meaning of article 2.6° of the Royal Decree 18/04/2017.
At the request of the contracting authority, the tenderer shall provide, prior to the award of the market, all the information necessary to enable the price examination of his tender.
