The purpose of this Framework Agreement and its subsequent contracts is the sustainable supply of general food and non-food products for the various sites of the Citizens' Platform for Refugee Support. The focus is therefore on sustainability (the least environmentally impactful mode of implementation of the framework agreement) and social (inclusiveness) aspects, on the one hand, and on the provision of food and non-food at reduced costs, on the other hand, due to the societal purpose of the APP.

The proportion of general and non-food items is rather uncertain and varies over time. For example, the proportion was:

- 30% non-food in 2021;

- 18% non-food in 2020.

The successful tenderer shall not deliver all the supplies at once, but in instalments on the basis of successive purchase orders according to the needs of the contracting authority, throughout the duration of the framework agreement.

Deliveries are possible three times a week, spread over the week, so that the institution can work with a limited stock.

The estimated value of the contract is € 240,000 excluding VAT. The maximum amount of the framework agreement is € 2,500,000 including VAT.
