The award provides for the provision of an aid app for the electronic submission of aid applications (eBeihilfe) including system service.

The app to be procured must offer the option of connecting to the IBM Service Hub (ISH), as the ISH is a central module of the eBeihilfe input management. The app must have the function of being able to read out defined barcodes on, for example, medical bills in order to transfer the billing data from external server sources (ISH) to the input management system. Furthermore, with regard to an integrated document scanner, the requirements of the Paradatec OCR software implemented in the input management must be met. The app must be expandable with regard to the implementation of further business processes (e.g. travel expenses).
