The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Construction of infrastructure for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and the replacement of inefficient heat sources with a biomass boiler". The task is to design, implement and launch the installation: pellet boilers, photovoltaic installations.
Preparation of design documentation and comprehensive execution of the task consisting in the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the municipalities of Mniszków and Sulejów1. Preparation of design documentation and comprehensive performance of the task consisting in the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations in the municipalities of Mniszków and Sulejów, including in particular:
1) preparation of project documentation,
2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 335 sets of photovoltaic installations held by the Ordering Party, along with a structure adapted to the place of assembly, including:
a) in the Commune of Mniszków (a total of 142 sets),
b) in the Sulejów Commune (a total of 193 sets),
3) installation of supporting structures for PV modules
4) installation of the module in PV on supporting structures
5) arrangement of wiring on the DC and AC side of the installation,
6) modernization of the existing electrical switchgear in terms of its retrofitting with the equipment necessary to connect the PV micro-installation,
7) modernization of the existing electrical switchgear to the technical provision on the part of the User – if necessary.
8) installation of PV inverter,
9) installation of lightning protection system or appropriate SPD devices and equalization connections,
10) installation of electrical apparatus and protection,
11) installation tests and checking the proper operation of the system
12) system commissioning and adjustments
13) preparing a notification of micro-installations and statements on the conclusion of a contract for residents and reporting the micro-installation to the appropriate Distribution Network Operator.
14) User training in / Operation.
15. the panels to be assembled shall be manufactured no later than one year before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
2. The detailed scope of works to be carried out by the Contractor is described in two Functional and Utility Programs (hereinafter also referred to as: "PFU"), which constitute (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ.

Preparation of design documentation and comprehensive performance of the task consisting in the supply and installation of biomass boilers in the municipalities of Mniszków and Sulejów, including in particular:
1) preparation of project documentation,
2) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party of 31 pieces of biomass boilers in residential buildings with accessories and 27 pieces of DHW heaters,
a) in the Commune of Mniszków (a total of 16 biomass boilers and 13 PCS of DHW heaters),
b) in the Sulejów Commune (a total of 15 biomass boilers and 14 DHW heaters),
3) dismantling of the existing boiler and hopper (utilization on the part of the Contractor – it is allowed to be disposed of by the user at the Investor's request),
4) installation of a new boiler with a fuel tank,
5) installation of a capacitive hot water heater (if applicable – according to the list on page 2 of the PFU),
6) installation of a hot water charging pump (or 3-way valve) (if applicable – according to the list on page 2 of the PFU),
7) installation of a circulation pump (if necessary on the user's side),
8) installation of the necessary fittings and automation, including security fittings,
9) installation of a protection system against the return of too low temperature to the boiler,
10) modernization of the system to a closed/open system (if necessary on the user's side),
11) installation of a heat buffer (if required),
12) connection to the existing heating system,
13) installation of a heating circulation pump – responsible for the flow in the heating system (if necessary on the user's side),
14) connection to the existing installation of domestic hot water preparation and cold water supply,
15) connecting the combustion system to the existing lightning protection system of the chimney – on the Contractor's side (adaptation or execution of a new installation on the user's side),
16) adaptation of the existing ventilation system of the room (on the user's side),
17) adaptation of the boiler room room to the requirements of the applicable regulation in (on the user's side),
18) adaptation of the existing electrical installation (on the user's side),
19) supplying the required utilities to the boiler room, including heating installation, domestic hot water, cold water and electrical installation (on the user's side),
20) connecting the combustion system to the existing lightning protection system of the chimney – on the user's side (adaptation or execution of a new installation on the user's side),
21) performing installation tests and checking the proper operation of the apparatus,
22) system activation and adjustments,
23) training of Users/Users.
