The purpose of this contract is to supply the goods (bin shelters and cranable composters) and services necessary for the deployment of a voluntary and door-to-door collection of food waste (non-household producers only) throughout the territory of the Greater Metropolis Nancy.La procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The services are divided into 5 lots. The maximum amounts are defined in the rules of the consultation. No variants are allowed. The contract is the subject of two services
