Concession of the services of: 1 voluntary and compulsory assessment and collection of the fee (occupation of public spaces and areas), and of the daily TARI, of the market fee, of the rights and proceeds deriving from the management of the MOI, of the voluntary and compulsory collection of the back revenue relating to the TOSAP, the daily TARI and the rights and proceeds of the MOI; 2 assessment and compulsory collection of the fee (Diffusion of advertising messages), as well as the compulsory collection of back revenue as a municipal tax on advertising; management of the Public Billboards service, limited to billboards of an institutional nature and without economic importance, including the collection of the relative single asset fee where due, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, as well as the replacement of advertising systems owned by the Authority, with the exception of that to be carried out in execution of replanning initiatives of the plant park

Concession of the services of: 1 voluntary and compulsory assessment and collection of the fee referred to in the combined provisions of paragraphs 816 and 819 letter a) of art. 1 l. n. 160/2019 (occupation of public spaces and areas), and of the daily TARI, of the market fee referred to in art. 1 paragraph 837 L. n.160 / 2019, of the rights and proceeds deriving from the management of the MOI, of the voluntary and compulsory collection of the arrears of revenue relating to the TOSAP, the daily TARI and the rights and proceeds of the MOI; 2 assessment and compulsory collection of the fee referred to in the combined provisions of paragraphs 816 and 819 letter b) (Dissemination of advertising messages), as well as the compulsory collection of back revenue as municipal tax on advertising; management of the Public Billboards service, limited to billboards of an institutional nature and without economic relevance, just DCC n.105 of 16.12.2021 adopted pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 836 of Law no. 160/2019, including the collection of the relative single asset fee where due, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, as well as the replacement of advertising systems owned by the Body, with the exception of that to be carried out in execution of replanning initiatives of the plant park adopted by the Authority (including the voluntary and compulsory collection of back revenue as rights on public billboards).
