The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide travel-related services. The service provider's mission will consist in carrying out temporary road counts in section, directional counts in intersections, origin / destination counts, counts of soft modes, analysis and summary report of traffic studies. These services will be used to establish an annual road traffic plan, to draw up entry / exit flow plans in various cords, and to provide the elements necessary for development studies and other urban projects.
