1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate and summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes in the municipality of Węgierska Górka in 2023.
As part of the subject of the contract referred to above, the Contractor will be obliged to collect and manage municipal waste from:
1 ) owners of inhabited real estate
2) summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes
3) from street baskets
4) from public places, including places where events are organized
5) owners of real estate on which residents do not live and waste is generated and hotel services are provided.
2. The amount of municipal waste generated that will have to be collected and managed is estimated at approximately: 4250 Mg.

2. The amount of municipal waste generated that will have to be collected and managed is estimated at approximately: 4250 Mg.
3. Collection and management of municipal waste should take place in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297 of the późn.zm), and the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Węgierska Górka adopted by Resolution No. XIV/154/2020 of 4 May 2020 and Resolution No. 0007.XXX.326.2022 of 29 June 2022 on the amendment of the resolution, Mixed municipal waste, bio-waste and sorting residues, intended for storage, in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
4. The detailed scope of the subject matter of this order shall specify:
