2. The subject of the contract is the purchase, transport, delivery and assembly of elements of small architecture along with the transfer of ownership rights in the Stawiguda Commune in accordance with the following list:

2. The subject of the contract is the purchase, transport, delivery and assembly of elements of small architecture along with the transfer of ownership rights in the Stawiguda Commune:

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ,
4. The Contracting Authority reserves to itself the right of option specified in Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law
5. In addition, the scope of the contract includes:
1) after signing the contract – conducting a field visit in order to perform the subject of the contract;
2) delivery of elements of small architecture,
3) permanent assembly of elements of small architecture.
6. The scope of the subject of the contract also includes the performance by the Contractor of all works that are directly and indirectly related to the performance of the subject of the contract, and thus the obligations of the Contractor include all tasks, in particular the scope of the contract covers all temporary works and accompanying works, the performance of which is necessary to perform the contract of the Contracting entity indicated in the SWZ. The accompanying works referred to above should be understood in particular as works necessary for the proper performance of works, which are not temporary works.
7. In order to fulfil its obligations, the Contractor should provide experienced qualified persons capable of carrying out all tasks entrusted, in accordance with applicable law and in accordance with the provisions of relevant decisions, arrangements and opinions, conditioning the proper implementation of the subject of the contract.
