The subject of the order has been divided into 5 packages. The Ordering Party allows partial bids for individual Packages. Each contractor has the right to submit an offer for any number of Packages selected by them, provided that the offer must contain a valuation of the entire assortment within the Packages for which the Contractor submits an offer. The Ordering Party requires that the expiry date of the offered products be not shorter than 6 months from the moment of delivery of the order to the Ordering Party.
