The heat production and distribution facilities are currently being studied for the reinforcement of an existing boiler room. The current system is composed of 2 separate networks with their associated boiler rooms. Eventually these 2 networks will be interconnected, forming a single heat distribution system from the 2 boiler rooms. Eventually, 110 GWh of heat will be sold to subscribers. Services entrusted: - Mission of accompaniment of the contracting authority during the design and construction phase of the Mayenne boiler room and the development of the networks. - Energy supply missions (P1) and operation and maintenance of facilities (P2, P3 and P5).

Operating contract: Phase 1: Operation of the RCU Belle Beille and the RCU des Hauts de Saint Aubin physically separated and an assistance mission in the construction and reception phase of the RCU and the Mayenne boiler room: o Missions P1, P2, P3, P5Phase 2: Operating services of the single network Angers Rives Droites, a mission of assistance to the phase realization and acceptance of the extension of the interconnected network.
